The MSMT (Methodology, Synthesis and Therapeutic Molecules) team is involved in total synthesis, natural products chemistry, methodological development in organic chemistry and the access to molecular diversity. Next to this, we design and prepare chemical probes to interrogate biological systems, especially in the glycoscience field, whose bioactivities and therapeutic potential are evaluated within interdisciplinary collaborations. The team is comprised of eight permanent members (located in two buildings), and is affiliated to the LERMIT and CHARMMMAT LabExs.
