2.11. Complexes modèles de β-lactamases
Current zinc and cobalt metal complexes perform poorly in mimicking the activity of β-lactamases. We identified the best performing complexes and are trying to improve their activity. This is performed by modifying their structure & coordinating atoms by biomiming the active sites of natural β-lactamases.
