Emilie Amzallag
Centré sur la modélisation des matériaux et de leurs propriétés par des méthodes DFT, mes activités scientifiques s’articulent autour de deux thèmes de recherche principaux :
- La modélisation ab initio de spectres infrarouge d’oxydes fonctionnels (composé massif, films minces)
La spécificité de ce projet est de coupler des expériences de spectroscopie infrarouge (IR) réalisées sur la ligne AILES du Synchrotron SOLEIL et des simulations par les méthodes LCAO-DFT pour comprendre l’importance de la composition, de la structure du matériau ou l’apparition pour les matériaux en couches minces, de phases différentes de celles des matériaux massifs, liées aux contraintes épitaxiales et aux conditions de croissance.
- La détermination des propriétés électroniques d’oxydes thermoélectriques
